Occasional Care Program
Welcome to our ‘Shoestring’ Occasional Care Program at Kew Neighbourhood Learning Centre, a community based organisation with a locally based Committee of Management.
Our goal is to assist and support your child to develop social and emotional, physical, cognitive and language skills appropriate to their age and/or stage of development.
We aim to provide a children’s program responsive to individual needs.
Each childcare session has an underlying structure with opportunities for free play and a range of activities. In our program we foster imaginative play and try to use recycled materials.
Shoestring Plus programs include a cooking or science activity as part of the structure
