We are assisting community members to receive this one-off payment to help ease energy bill stress, and to help them seek out a better energy deal. This is a FREE service and only takes 10mins.
We also provide free assistance to help community members sign up and claim the Victorian Sick Pay Guarantee. With over 200,000 people visiting neighbourhood houses each week in Victoria, the partnership between Neighbourhood Houses Victoria and the Victorian Government will mean thousands more casual workers will have the support they need to access sick and carer’s pay.
