What’s quick dance? Exactly that, a quick morning dance to get you up and moving so you can face the day with a spring in your step! Join Robyn for a 15 minute dance session twice a week – Tuesday & Thursday 9.45AM
We start with a warm-up followed by a mini-routine and end with a little stretch/cool down. We use a range of music (Robyn often take requests) and the moves are suitable for beginners. It has been so lovely to see our Dance Community grow with most of our members only trying this type of dance with me for the first time last year. The class caters all ages from 5 to adult.
