Gain hands on practical work experience in our ‘Sparechair café’ to help you find employment or access further study in hospitality. Work in the kitchen, prepare food, understand food safety procedures, serve in the café, and make coffees etc. Lots of one to one support and small group activities. Course targets learners for whom English is a Second Language or who are recovering from mental health issues.  

Course includes:

Two Kitchen/Café Shifts 8.30am-12.30pm and 10am-2.30pm each week for 10 weeks.

Government funded ACFE places for disadvantaged learners.
